He also completed a fellowship in foot and ankle surgery at Pennsylvania Hospital. Dr. Shaffer is board certified in orthopedic surgery and orthopedic sports medicine by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and is affiliated with Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA.
