I started my career post graduate career in the United States Air Force as a general dentist. but transitioned to residency where I received my training in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery at Wilford Hall Medical Center. I continued my career in the Air Force where I was appointed to teaching positions both on base at Barksdale AFB and as an associate professor at Louisiana State University, Shreveport. During my tenure at Barksdale AFB, I successfully passed my board certification and am a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Additionally, I was appointed Chief of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery while at Barksdale AFB. I opted to leave the USAF after a 13 1/2 year career to move back to Pittsburgh where I joined North Pittsburgh Oral Surgery. I have been with NPOS since January 2012 becoming a partial owner of the business in January of 2013. I look forward to treating my patients in a professional and caring manner.
