Michelle DeGroat, MD, FACS graduated from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine and completed the Wright State University General Surgery Residency Program. Dr. DeGroat is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons and the American Hernia Society. She is an Associate Clinical Professor at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine and is the Chairman of the Premier Health system-wide general service line. Michael G. Raab, MD received his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Notre Dame (1985), and his medical degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago (1989). He completed his residency training in orthopedic surgery at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, Springfield, in 1994, and received the Outstanding Surgical Resident Teaching award. Dr. Raab then served as an orthopedic surgeon at Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Ft. Gordon, GA, providing a wide range of general orthopedic surgery services, including trauma and fracture care;sports injuries;total joint replacement; shoulder, hand and elbow surgery; and hip, knee, and ankle surgery.
