Dr. Haffey received his BA in Literature and Literary Studies in University of Colorado in 2002. He then obtained his DO degree in West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2016. Christine Townsend, MD is an Assistant Professor at Columbia University Medical Center's Department of Rehabilitation and Regenerative Medicine. Hana Azizi, MD, is an assistant professor in rehabilitation medicine at Columbia University Medical Center's Department of Rehabilitation and Regenerative Medicine. Dr. Hana Azizi graduated from Shiraz University of Medical Sciences and completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Montefiore Medical Center. Dr. Connolly serves as the Byron Stookey Professor and Chair of the Department of Neurological Surgery at the Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University and the Surgeon-in-Chief of the New York Neurological Institute and the New York Presbyterian Hospital - Columbia Irving Medical Center. He is also the Surgical Director of the Neuro-Intensive Care Unit, caring for patients suffering from the acute effects of both hemorrhagic as well as ischemic stroke. David P. Trofa, MD, is an orthopedic sports medicine surgeon specializing in the operative and non-operative treatment of athletes of all ages and skill levels, including pediatric and adult patients. He is an expert in arthroscopic and open surgery of the knee, shoulder, and elbow. Dr. Trofa has a particlar intrest in advanced knee disorders and complex knee pathologies, focusing on cartilage restoration, non-surgical management of early arthritis, meniscus injuries, ligament reconstruction, knee dislocations, and patellofemoral disorders. His shoulder practice focuses on labral tears, SLAP tears, rotator cuff tears, and frozen shoulder; while his elbow expertise includes treatment for medial/lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow), instability, and ligament reconstruction. Throughout his training Dr. Trofa has been active in academic research having published over 50 peer-reviewed articles on a variety of topics related to ACL reconstruction, Tommy John surgery (UCL reconstruction), osteochondral transplantation, Achilles tendon repairs, surgical techniques and post-operative physical therapy protocols. Sarah E. Vollbracht, MD, FAHS, is a neurologist at NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group Westchester and an associate professor of neurology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. Dr. Vollbracht provides treatment for headaches and associated neurological conditions.
