Dr. Marschilok is a non-operative sports medicine physician and serves as Assistant Professor of Family and Community Medicine for the Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. She is a team physician for Saint Joseph’s University and Lower Merion High School. Dr. Marschilok is a published physician and has lectured locally and regionally on topics related to family and sports medicine. She is focused on the non-operative treatment of athletes and non-athletes in helping them maintain active lifestyles.

Dr. Salvo is double board certified in orthopaedic surgery and sports medicine by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He is a Clinical Associate Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and specializes in knee ligament (ACL) reconstructions, shoulder instability, rotator cuff repairs, and hip arthroscopy. As Director of the Hip Arthroscopy program at Rothman Institute, Dr. Salvo serves as one of the region’s leaders in hip arthroscopy, particularly in athletes. He is an assistant team physician for the Philadelphia Flyers and a consultant for the Philadelphia Phillies. He is an active member of several subspecialty societies, including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Arthroscopy Association of North America, the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, and the International Society for Hip Arthroscopy.
