Dr. Ash joined Independence Women's Clinic in 2009. She grew up in Gladstone, Mo. Dr. Ash received her bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2001, graduating cum laude, and obtained her medical degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine in 2005. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at St. Louis University School of Medicine in 2009. Dr. Ash is board-certified and is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG). She is also a member of the American Medical Association, Missouri State Medical Society, Metropolitan Medical Society, and the Kansas City Gynecology society. Dr. Ash is married and has one child.

Dr. Nelson strives to provide excellent care through shared decision making with his patients. He listens carefully to their concerns. He provides evidence-based information and explains what options are available, allowing patients to make informed and joint decisions in their obstetrical and gynecological care.

Dr. Litwin believes it is important to provide patients with accurate, evidence-based information to help formulate a shared decision-making process for the patient to make the decisions necessary to achieve their health goals.
