Disorders of the hand and upper extremity affect those of all ages and negatively impact their quality of life. It is very rewarding to have a particular interest in and to perform surgeries on the hand and wrist that will help those afflicted return to activities that they enjoy. I also have a special interest in upper extremity trauma. Recreational activities that I personally enjoy include jogging, cycling, and hiking.

My interests include all aspects of the hand, wrist and elbow. I enjoy taking care of patients of all ages, from newborns with congenital issues to adults with traumatic injuries and arthritic conditions. My goal is to help my patients return to the highest possible level of function. When not taking care of patients, I can usually be found outside playing with my family, swimming, hiking and bicycling in the summer, and skiing in the winter.
