Hi I am Charlotte Ludwig a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I have over 15 years experience in the counseling field and have had the pleasure of working with clients in a variety of treatment settings. My approach will NOT include confrontation or judgment and I believe one of the most important tools in counseling is the client/counselor relationship. My therapeutic approach will include cognitive behavioral therapy- person centered, solution focused and strength based.

I am licensed in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island with 26 years working in the areas of Child Protection, Emergency Psychiatric Evaluations, Substance Use Disorders, Trauma, Partner/Spousal abuse and private practice therapeutic work using an eclectic approach tayloring treatment to the needs of each individual - as well as being trained in EMDR ( Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, & trauma and abuse.
