Dr. Argeles is the Chair of Obstetrics and Gynecology at UM BWMC. Dr. Argeles received his undergraduate degree from Duke University, a Master in Public Health from the University of South Florida and a Doctor of Medicine at the Ponce School of Medicine in Puerto Rico. He completed his internship and residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Pennsylvania, and was named OB/GYN Teacher of the Year several years in a row. Dr. Argeles is board certified and is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He is specially trained to perform da Vinci robotic gynecologic surgeries and laparoscopic procedures.
