He attended Indiana University and the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry before completing a General Practice Residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago and University of Chicago Hospitals. Dr Goldberg went on to practice general dentistry with his father and uncle for four years in the Chicago suburbs before completing an endodontic residency at NOVA Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Dr. Goldberg is a published clinician and a part time clinical assistant professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry. Dr. Goldberg is a member of the Chicago Dental Society, the Illinois State Dental Society, the American Dental Association, the American Association of Endodontists, a founding member of the International Academy of Endodontics, a faculty member of the Spear Study Club and an endodontic advisor to the Seattle Study Club. In addition to his focus on private practice, Dr. Goldberg regularly delivers educational seminars to various dental professional groups.

Dr Ernie Costello graduated from the West Virginia University School of Dentistry He is an alumnus member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society and the Delta Sigma Delta Dental Fraternity He practices all aspects of general dentistry He has completed additional focused training in modern endodontic root canal therapy and is also an Invisalign Preferred Provider Dr Costello has been a member of the Arlington Heights community since 1975 He attended Olive Mary Stitt Elementary Thomas Middle School and John Hersey High School He proudly calls Arlington Heights home Family is extremely important to Dr Costello It is so important that he has two his family here at Costello Dental Excellence which includes his staff and patients and his family at home Dr Ernie is happily married to his wife Kelley and he has two daughters Livia and Sofia Dr Ernie is proud to be working alongside Dr Jay DeHart and continuing the proud tradition established by his father Dr John Costello and his uncle Dr Dominic Trumfio When not at the office Dr Ernie is an avid sports fan He enjoys baseball football soccer and basketball He even laces up his cleats now and again If not watching or playing sports he travels with his family and enjoys the outdoors While growing up if he wasn t hanging around a ball field or his father s dental practice he may have been seen at his mother s dance studio If you randomly hear someone tapping shoes to the beat it may be him Dr Costello enjoys having fun and sharing a good laugh but make no mistake he takes his dentistry extremely serious and will always work to insure your complete satisfaction with any procedure He is a member of many professional organizations including the American Dental Association the Illinois State Dental Association the Chicago Dental Society and the Academy of General Dentistry He looks forward to your visit and to showing you how exceptional dentistry can improve your life
