I take pride in and have a passion for my work and derive satisfaction in building a strong therapeutic alliance and seeing my patients get better.

I currently accept patients ages 5 through 20 and have a particular interest and expertise in treating anxiety-related conditions, including, but not limited to, generalized anxiety, separation anxiety, panic disorder, and OCD. Additionally, I have extensive training and experience in treating a wide range of other psychiatric diagnoses. I am passionate about providing holistic care and recognize the critical connection between physical and mental wellness. I look forward to offering a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment for you to seek care.

Prior to becoming a PMHNP, I worked in an inpatient setting with a range of all ages but primarily with children and adolescents with behavioral issues, depression, anxiety, and trauma. In my free time, I enjoy watching movies, going on walks, reading books, and making a variety of coffee drinks.

At each major decision point, I carefully review the risks and benefits of evidence-based therapeutic options and involve patients in the choice of the next treatment step.
