Dr Pimiento earned his MD degree at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia. He completed a general surgery residency at Saint Mary's Health System/Affiliated Yale University School of Medicine and a Fellowship in Surgical Research in Vascular Surgery at Yale University School of Medicine. Dr Ricardo Gonzalez is a surgical oncologist and Chair of the Sarcoma Department at Moffitt Cancer Center. He also serves as a member of the Cutaneous Program at Moffitt Cancer Center. He is an associate professor at the University Of South Florida College Of Medicine's Department of Oncologic Sciences and Department of Surgery.
