Dr Guilherme Rabinowits is a Senior Member in the Department of Head and Neck-Endocrine Oncology. Dr Rabinowits received his MD degree from Fundacao Tecnico-Educacional Souza Marques, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He completed an Internal Medicine residency at Lahey Clinic and Medical Center, Burlington, Massachusetts, followed by a Hematology/Medical Oncology Fellowship at the University of Louisville, Kentucky, where he also served as Chief Fellow. Dr Amod Sarnaik is a surgical oncologist in the Department of Cutaneous Oncology,the Immunology Program and the Melanoma Center of Excellence at Moffitt Cancer Center. In addition, Dr Sarnaik holds an appointmentof associate professor of oncology and surgery at the University of South Florida. Dr Sarnaik's primary research interest involves investigation of novel immunotherapeutic treatments for melanoma. This includes tumor-based vaccines, immune-activating antibodies, targeted inhibition of oncogenic proteins and autologous T-cell therapy. His clinical interests focus on the surgical treatment of melanoma and other cutaneous-based skin cancers, sentinel lymph node biopsy techniques, and minimizing surgically-related morbidities.

Dr John Kiluk is a surgical oncologist specializing in breast cancer in The Center for Women's Oncology at Moffitt Cancer Center. He was voted by his patients and peers asMoffitt's Physician of the Year in 2011. From an early age, Dr Kiluk accompanied his physician father on hospital rounds and learned the rewards of helping patients during a difficult time in their lives. Now, as a Moffitt breast surgeon, he values the opportunity to guide and support patients through every step of the process, from initial diagnosis through recovery. Dr Kiluk points out that Moffitt's breast program is unique in that all of the specialists on the team are exclusively focused on treating patients with breast cancer.

Dr Kubal is an associate member in the Moffitt Cancer Center Malignant Hematology Department. He completed his hematology/oncology fellowship at the University of South Florida at Moffitt Cancer Center, completing an MBA concurrently at the University of South Florida. Dr Kubal's research and clinical interests are in myeloid malignancies with a particular focus in acute leukemias. In addition to his clinical efforts, Dr Kubal serves as the medical director of process excellence and is focused on continuous improvement of the patient experience.Dr Kubal serves as Senior Medical Director of Moffitt at Wesley Chapel, and practices full time at the Moffitt Wesley Chapel campus.

Dr Al-Jumayli is certified in Hematology, Medical Oncology, and Geriatric Medicine. He received his medical degree from Al-Mustansiriyah University College of Medicine, Iraq. He completed an Internal Medicine Residency at Capital Health Regional Medical Center in New Jersey, followed by a Geriatric Fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine, Texas. He completed a Hematology-Oncology Fellowship at the University of Kansas. Dr Al-Jumayli's clinical focus is on the treatment of cancer in senior adults, particularly gastrointestinal Oncolgoy (GI) cancer with providing a personalized cancer care based on patients' functional status, general health, values, and goals.

Dr Pimiento earned his MD degree at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia. He completed a general surgery residency at Saint Mary's Health System/Affiliated Yale University School of Medicine and a Fellowship in Surgical Research in Vascular Surgery at Yale University School of Medicine. He then completed a Fellowship in Surgical Oncology and Advanced Fellowship in Surgical Oncology Research at Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr Pimiento joined Moffitt from Mercy Health Partners/Mercy Health-St. Mary's and served as the Medical Director, Surgical Oncology at the Lacks Cancer Center. Dr Pimiento's clinical interest is in malignancies of the upper gastrointestinal tract, including esophageal, gastric, pancreatic, colorectal and liver cancers.

Dr Fontaine received his medical degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, and completed his general surgery residency at Boston University. In 2006, he graduated as chief resident in thoracic surgery at Brigham and Women's Hospital - Harvard Medical School. Dr Fontaine began his thoracic surgery practice at University of Montreal but was then recruited to become part of the Department of Thoracic Surgery at Brown Medical School in Providence, RI. He was in charge of developing a thoracic surgery program at one of Brown University's teaching hospitals. He also obtained a Doctorate degree in Internal Medicine and Therapeutics from Svo Paulo Federal University. He completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at Svo Paulo Federal University and his Clinical Oncology Fellowship at the Svo Paulo University - Svo Paulo Cancer Institute. Dr Biachi de Castria was an attending in the Gastrointestinal Oncology Service at the Svo Paulo Cancer Institute and Sv?rio-Libanv™s Hospital.

Dr Iman Imanirad is an Assistant Member at Moffitt Cancer Center. He is also a Professor of Oncology at the University of South Florida College of Medicine. Dr Imanirad received his medical degree from Saba University School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Florida where he also completed three years of hematology oncology fellowship. After completing his fellowship, he worked as a medical Oncologist and hematologist at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital to fulfill the requirements for a J1 visa. During his fellowship, Dr Imanirad was the recipient of several awards such as Most Outstanding Fellow Award and Fellow of the Year Award. He was also awarded the Moffitt High Performer Award in 2019.

Dr Haider is an Associate Member in the Department of Gastrointestinal Oncology at Moffitt Cancer Center and an Associate Professorof Oncologic Sciences at University of South Florida. Dr Haider received her Bachelor of Science as well as her Medical Degree at the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. She completed an internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, CA followed by Hematology and Medical Oncology Fellowship at Moffitt Cancer Center - University of South Florida in Tampa, FL. Dr Haider's clinical practice is focused on neuroendocrine tumor (NET) oncology. As a member of the Endocrine Program Multidisciplinary team, she also treats paraganglioma and pheochromocytoma.

Dr Chadha is an Assistant Professor at the University of South Florida, Morsani College of Medicine. After graduating from New York University, he completed his medical degree from the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed an Internal Medicine Residency at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Most recently, he completed a Hematology/Oncology Fellowship at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra Northwell Health Lenox Hill Hospital. Her focus is the treatment of breast, gastrointestinal, and genitourinary malignancies.

Dr Richard Kim is a Service Chief of Medical Gastrointestinal Oncology and Senior Member in the Gastrointestinal Oncology Department at Moffitt Cancer Center. He is a Professor of Oncology at the University of South Florida College of Medicine. Dr Kim received his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine and completed a residency in internal medicine at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He pursued a postdoctoral fellowship in hematology and medical oncology at Yale University Comprehensive Cancer Center in New Haven, CT.

Dr Extermann is Program Leader in the Senior Adult Oncology Program at Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr Martine Extermann is also a Professor of Oncology and Medicine at the University of South Florida. She earned her medical degree and a PhD at the University of Geneva, Switzerland. She has a Swiss Board Certification in Internal Medicine, specializing in Hematology-Oncology. She also holds ABIM certifications in Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology. She has worked at Moffitt since 1994 and has been a faculty member since 1997. Her clinical activity and research focus on cancer in older patients.

Dr Daniel Anaya is a Senior Member, Chief of GI Surgery and Head of Hepatobiliary Section in the Department of Gastrointestinal Oncology, at Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr Anaya is a fellowship trained Surgical Oncologist with a particular focus on the surgical treatment of patients with liver malignancies (primary and metastatic) and neuroendocrine tumors. His academic interest focus on improving the quality of cancer care and implementing models to improve the delivery of care for patients with complex cancers. He is an expert in developing academic programs that facilitate delivery of the highest quality of care, while also provide a framework to support research and innovation in the field of cancer and surgery.

Dr Jason W Denbo is an Assistant Member in the Department of Gastrointestinal Oncology. Dr Denbo earned his MD degree at Indiana University School of Medicine and completed a General Surgery Residency at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and a Research Fellowship at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN. Dr Denbo received fellowship training in both Complex General Surgical Oncology and Advanced Hepatopancreatobiliary Surgery at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Prior to his recruitment to Moffitt, Dr Denbo served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Minnesota.

Dr. Iswanto Sucandy is a highly experienced board-certified surgeon with dual fellowship training in Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery, as well as Advanced Gastrointestinal Minimally Invasive Surgery. He primarily specializes in minimally invasive and robotic surgery for disorders of the liver.
