I am passionate about partnering with you to live your best life through sound nutrition, as I have an unwavering conviction in the relationship between nutrition and disease prevention. I hold dual degrees in Food Science, Nutrition & Wellness from Florida State University, and Dietetics from the University of Texas Rio Grande. From childhood, I have always understood the importance of feeding our bodies with good nutrition and to this day I hold steadfast to the principle of health as Hippocrates stated: "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food". I have over 25 years of practice experience in food science, clinical nutrition, wellness, and fitness. I have worked as a nutrition educator, personal trainer, aerobics & kickboxing instructor, corporate dietitian, and much more. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my furry babies, taking road trips in my motorhome, playing golf & pickleball, harvesting homegrown produce, cooking, and always learning from professional journals and motivational books.
