I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), with 25 years of experience in the field of mental health. Additionally I am a Certified Trauma Professional, and use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as my primary theoretical approach to trauma. I am a firm believer that therapy is a process and starting therapy can be overwhelming and anxiety provoking.
