Terrible Experience and Cheated

I went in for a cleaning, only to be told that my previous dentist hadn’t sent my x-rays in time. Later, I found out that they only requested the x-rays on the day of my appointment, which forced me into getting x-rays done there. With no time left for a cleaning, all they did were the x-rays, but they still charged me for both services.I only received a partial refund - totally misled and taken advantage of. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and I'm unsure at who over there is responsible.
