There are no words to describe the service my mother received on the 18th of August 2020. We waited for over an hour for dentures. The dentures only showed her bottom when she smiled. The dental assistant/hygienist Briona was unprofessional when responding to issues. Briona told me to lower my voice when speaking. Wow! I was appalled because I was talking no louder than she was speaking. The manager Emily was even more disrespectful based on her inability to resolve the issues based on the dentures, she was more focused on frivolous things and her overall demeanor would not be appropriate for any business establishment. I called corporate office to report the incident. Hopefully, they can provide more training for both of them based on how to respect and treat others. I will not use Aspen Dental for any of my families dental needs.
