Excellent appt w hygienist &Subsequently gave recommendation to a friend named Jean Nix who made an appt for her sister, Karen Gilbert who lives in Baytown & Mexico. The appt was for today. When Karen flew in From Mx & went for her appt today, Maria told her she had no record of her appt. And hygienist was busy & no oneCould see her. Maria said she had no record of her appt and no X-rays. She was never told she needed to bring her X-rays. She left and after telling me of this, I will never recommend another patient to this office.

It's not the doctor, it's Jessica.
Today I tried to make an appointment to see Dr. Holder and the staff member Jessica who answered was curt and so dismissive. Her name is Jessica. This was such a different experience than what I had experienced before, that I had to comment on it. It could be she was having a bad day or brought her non-work issues to work today, but I was really taken aback. I thanked her for her time and I will move on.

Today I had my wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. Holder. I wasn't put under anesthesia, just gas and some Novacaine. Dr. Holder did a great job and did exactly what he said he was going to do. Very quick and clean. He is very gentle and honest about what he's going to be doing, which is a big thing for me.
