My daughter has been a patient at Spelak Yury DDS - Yury Slepak office for over three years, and while we have appreciated the care provided by you and your team, we have encountered significant issues with the front desk staff and appointment scheduling.On two separate occasions?once in October and again on January 12th?we had scheduled appointments for my daughter, both of which were confirmed via phone and text messages. However, upon our arrival for the January 12th appointment, we were informed that no appointment had been scheduled at all, despite prior confirmation.I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism and organization displayed by the front desk staff, particularly regarding their communication and handling of appointments. I believe this reflects poorly on the overall quality of service provided, and it has been frustrating to experience such issues with what should be a straightforward process. The false schedule was made intentionally by the representative in Coney Island office.

I was here today with my 3 kids, I was waiting 2 hours and they didnt let us get a dental teeth cleaning. The girl in the front desk named Anna started yelling at me as if I was deaf, they have no respect for patients and working in a office I have never seen such rude people even the doctor was rude. Anna your the worst get a better personality. not recommended. Worst office ever never seen such horrible workers before.

My son was punt in 15 min with two filled cavities that were so painless fast and great job love all the Dr there very good and professional

Dr Yelena Gofman did a wonderful job, we was visited very fast, in only one week we had a procedure under General Anesthesia. Everything was fine, they are true professionals. Highly recommended!!!

Thank you Dr. Slepak for saving my tooth when I was told to pull it out! Thank you for always treating me like a VIP! Thank you to your friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff for all they do!

12 minutes agoNEW We will never go back to this doctor they overbooked so many patients in a crowded small waiting area with appointment waiting time atleast 1/2 hours there was pregnant lady that was complaining that she was there for more than un hour and they never called her kids but others who came after her was already in and out and Manager told her that her appointment will be canceled if she don't want to wait and she did cancel all the office workers where arguing with her

What a monkey business this dental office has; I came there on my appointment time, the waiting room was full, not a single seat. After my insurance was cleared and returned to me and all the papers were filled out, I asked the front desk girl what my wait time was and received an answer, “oh, about 1 hour”, my next 2 questions she could not answer, which were, “why do you make appointments then when you make patients wait for one hour; does your office care for patient’s time at all?” So much disappointed in these lousy Brooklyn medical and dental offices. What a shame!

The rudest office. Staff and doctor.

The staff is very disrespectful and do not even understand anything you try to explain to them. I had to get an approval from my insurance and the lady at the desk told me she had no clue what I was speaking about. I had to explain myself five times . She was also disrespectful to my family member when she tried to explain the issue to her. The woman at the desk are absolutely disrespectful and completely unhelpful. It is really pathetic.
