Very horrible Dentist. My son had his braces done and the insurance paid $4,000. When it was time to take out the braces Dr. Lai said that we needed to pay $250.00 cash to remove the braces. Why? When the insurance already paid him before hand! What a rip off!!!

First of all, I have waited 2 hour and got a internship person to put my brace on. I was asking Dr. Lai a question and he just walk away. Staff are very rude.

I have been to Dr. Lai's office for about 5 years, since I was 14. Originally I was recommended by my dentist because of my underbite. After 5 painful years, of being a part of Dr. Lai's infamous assembly line, I finally got my braces off. The sad part is, as soon as I got it off, I was not too happy with the results. And even Dr. Lai suggested I get braces again and offered me a whole bunch of packages. Its been a year since, and I have switched to another Dr. to fix the problem Dr. Lai caused.

Worst Dental office ever since the invention of dental care. ?This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. To my surprise this place is still open. Not sure what Dr. Lai ( BTW stay away from him....actually stay away from this office) did. Even after 5 years, it was painful and Dr. Lai told me just after a double jaws I will be ok. After 2 years and a few double jaw surgery I still feel pain so I called n was told Dr Lai can't do anything. I went to a different dental office and correct his bad jobs!
