This individual really deserves a zero rating, but since such option is not available, I will give her a one. First, the work she performs is mediocre at best, so don't expect high quality results. Second, her attitude and mental state are questionable since she can fly off the handle and be extremely rude to her patients. Today, my grandfather (a man in his eighties) came in for a scheduled visit and had to wait forty-five minutes for Yelena to show up. After letting her know that this type of behavior is unacceptable, he had to endure a barrage of aggression and a refusal of service from this so-called healthcare professional. Yelena ended up kicking my grandfather our of her office simply because a point of holding her accountable was made. The entire ordeal was terrible! I do not recommend anyone using Yelena's services as she is a disgrace to the entire medical and dental profession!

Terrible and extremely rude front desk personnel. You won't get to see the doctor at your visit.

She is not a doctor, unprofessional at all !!! Poor person, money makers machine . Waiting time 2 hrs. She is running around between 4 pations on the same time. I never ever saw “doctor” such a service. She is only interested “money, more money”.

I have been with Dr ladyzhenskaya for 20 Yeats all my friends and family go to her ...the whole staff is very helpful and friendly u could never find a better dentist and staff anywhere in this area ..I would like to update everyone she moved to 8686 bay parkway everything is all beautiful and brand new

Great professional Dr. Prices are very reasonable compare to Brooklyn market. No wait time. Love the new office . Its clean and spacious.The receptionists are polite and helpful. I would recommend her services for any type of dental work.

A truly amazing experience. Very little wait time; the office interior is very pleasing to the eye with a great atmosphere. Dr's assistants are very friendly and do their best to make you comfortable. Doctor's work is also really great, everything looks and feels as good, as new.

Very professional doctor! All members of my family have been her patients for many years. We tried another doctors... seals fell out as well as crowns. Hers never fell out! This is the main point for me! She does her job very well!

Dr. Ladyzhenskaya is very experienced and has very good hands.

She kept me waiting for two hours past my scheduled appointment time. She claims she had emergencies but I don't believe it. I feel that rather then keep me waiting for two hours she should have given me the option to reschedule my appointment. Even when she finally saw me she kept running out of the room every couple of minutes because I believe to tend to other patients at the same time. I do not plan on going back to this dentist.
