Dr. Wilson Chang, DDS

Dr. Chang, the dentist, is always personable and does a great job overall. The one gripe I have is with the front desk lady who has been repeatedly rude and frustrating to deal with, which is why I will no longer choose Dr. Chang as my dentist. For example, there was an instance where I called the front desk letting them know that I would be 5 minutes late to my appointment due to traffic. The front desk lady tells me she is 'cancelling my appointment because you are 5 minutes late'. I explain to her that i'm taking work off to come to the office and that i'm only running 5 minutes late, but she goes ahead and cancels anyways. She is unprofessional, rude, and the sole reason I will no longer see Dr. Chang.

Since my dentist retired, I have tried out a couple of other dentists in the area who were recommended to me. Visited Dr. Chang for a second opinion on another dentist's recommendation and found Dr. Chang's examination was much more reasonable who took the time to explain what was needed.

Dr. Chang is friendly and is knowledgeable, but he cracked my tooth in redoing a molar filling, so now I need a root canal.

Dr. Chang is very straight forward and honest to give the treatment options, has excellent skills and caring bedside manner. My appointments were all on time without waiting much and his charges are reasonable. I highly recommend Dr. Chang to anyone looking for a dentist.
