I have been a patient of Dr. Toth’s for over 20 years. However when one of his associates made a mistake on one of my teeth that sent me into terrible pain— pain that lasted years— all he could do was apologize. He admitted to my mother that the mistake was not a coincidence and that his associate actually caused the pain that I had been going through. I tried to be compensated for 25% of what I laid out for subsequent dentist but he refused. Dr. Toth, a seemingly honorable man, proved not to be
