Dr. Shipley is excellent. His staff is top notch and very professional. I can't see myself going to another dentist. The waiting room and office areas are clean and comfortable. The office staff are friendly and courteous. I couldn't ask for more.

Due to bad experiences with dentists in Florida, I was in tears at the prospect of making a dental appointment after moving to Tennessee. Dr. Shipley and the staff at Alamont were understanding and did everything possible to make my experience as comfortable as possible. They were honest and up front with everything, while keeping me calm. Although they offer medicines to help with anxiety, I did not need any with this visit.

The whole staff is helpful. It was my first time using my own insurance and they made every facet of the dreaded dentist experience comforting. Dr.Shipley is consistent in his work and gets it done in a very timely manner while also being thorough. My initial issue was very urgent and I was in his office the very next day as a new patient.

First visit due to urgent, but non-emergency condition. Friendly, helpful staff. Next-day appointment. Thorough evaluation and complete repair with minimal discomfort. I will be back as a regular patient.
