Not only did Dr. Shelton spend his entire exam yammering in my ear about how I need certain dental work and how I'm choosing to 'hide my head in the sand', and neither he nor his assistant do the cleaning, but when his office sent me an appointment reminder, I tried to cancel THREE TIMES before finally calling them to cancel. When I told Jennifer the receptionist that I responded to their first reminder two weeks prior, she claimed that they were busy and didn't notice. After two weeks??? Then she let out an exasperated sigh and hung up on me. And people complain that they can't find jobs??? They can't even do the jobs they have.

I was a new patient to this office and had a cracked and infected back tooth. They were able to get me in, in a little over a week. The fees were clearly explained and the service options were my choice. After several shots of numbing agent and a lot of wiggling and coaxing, he was able to get the monster roots to let go of their prize. The extraction itself was completely!! painless and the bleeding was normal. The best part is that the cost for this was very affordable and the time in the chair was maybe a half hour. I will now consider him and his office as my go-to dentist. Thanks for the good service and thanks for giving me something for the tooth fairy!!

I love them family dentistry!! From the age of around 9 till now at 36 and my husband and son. He does so good. I feel so comfortable and at ease not like any others I had before him! Love the whole staff!!

After going for over 10 years, will not be going back. His attitude has changed and gotten very rude. He's not addressing what I am there for but trying to cram dental implants and such down my throat. I'm not wealthy enough to go there anymore and pay to be humiliated. I don't think so!!!
