Office Policy- All about the $$$$
Put my cat to sleep and missed an appt, 2nd only appt missed in YEARS. Got a missed appt fee in the mail, sent them a copy of the euthanasia bill only to be called personally and hear 'we're sorry for your loss, however we have an office policy and we have to charge you.'No compassion anymore and it's all about the $$$$$. It was $50. Yes I paid it.Plus, I received notice the $50 fee was 60 days LATE in January, which was NOT the case as the appointment I missed was December 19!. Their record keeping and office policies need fixing.
