Dr. William Hay, DMD

Dr. Hay is a professional dentist and was nothing short of pertinent with my dentistry issues. Following the procedure, he called me to make sure everything was going accordingly and to plan. His facility is state of the ark, and his staff reflect his generosity and professionalism towards me. I recommend anyone to consult with him regarding their dentistry needs if feasible. I was struggling with some dental issues and, after a bad experience elsewhere, decided to follow up a recommendation to visit Dr. Hay. He met my needs over and beyond what I was hoping. He is extremely knowledgeable with years of practice behind him and wasn't reluctant to share that knowledge and give choices of treatment that would fit my needs. His calm voice and manner with his hands on involvement put me at ease and his office staff was kind and accommodating. I couldn't ask for a better dental experience! I will recommend Dr. Hay with full confidence that he can meet all your dental needs.

Second visit and it was as good as the first. From the minute you walk in the door till you leave they are friendly and efficient.

Friendly, clean, prompt, and thorough.

Called early december 10th due to jaw pain from a molar, they got me in immediately, and this was my first visit. Amazing team, very caring, made sure I understood what they were doing, and made sure I was comfortable and pain free. And, to my amazement, Dr. Hay called at 7:30 PM that night to check on me. Wonderful treatment!!!

As always, quickly saw me in an emergency situation. Did a great job with the very latest equipment and procedures. Took his time to do it right. Always calls later that evening to see how I'm feeling. You may can get cheaper, but you risk not getting it done right. I'm not willing to take that chance.

Mendi and Amanda make an awesome hygiene department. Mendi did a great job with the Covid-19 issues. Made me comfortable.

This is a poor excuse for a dentist . He is in a hurry to do everything . His main importance is dental implants for which he charges $5000 for each implant and there is no guarantee . He tells you that he can do implants when other dentists have said there is not enough bone . If he does any work and there is a problem he does not have any spare time to deal with emergency dental pain treatment . He will inject you and let you sit and reinfect until he has time to get back to you . He screwed up one of my teeth and it had to be pulled . Everything is $5000 even a bite guard . I do not recommend him for any dental work of any kind . Overpriced on everything . Be prepared to take out a loan for any procedures that he does . You can always tell when his work load slows down . He airs an old worn out commercial over and over again until he suckers another unknowing subject into his lair .

Mendi was excellent.

On my initial visit Dr hay developed a treatment plan. Part of the treatment plan was the extraction of a tooth. The tooth was fully exposed, but beyond repair. Dr Hay quoted $500 for a surgical extraction of the tooth. I got a second opinion from an other local dentist Who stated it was a simple extraction, but he was concerned about a blood thinner I am taking. He referred me to an oral surgeon, and the oral surgeon did the extraction for $249. Dr Hay is way over priced!

One of the most amazing experiences I have had, From the wonderful staff , who make you feel right at home , to Dr Hay who was not only kind, but explained all my options in a way that made you feel like family and not just another patient. I will recommend him to everyone!
