Sell, sell, sell!
Visit was fine. Cleaning and x-rays standard. Lots of push to do this, and this, and this, during the initial visit. Staff told me that my insurance was accepted, but didn’t tell me their dentist was out of network.

AS USUAL!!!!!! Dr. Grand and Katelyn are awesome! As their "leading chicken", I always am taken care of and feel comfortable with their recommendations and procedures. I may not exactly "like" it, but I would go no where else to have my dental needs taken care of. Two of the most friendly and attentive people I know. Thanks Dr. Grand and Katelyn for all you do for me and Ashley!

My son went in for a check up with Dr. Grand. He took the time to discuss and explain my sons x-rays and the condition of my son's teeth and the next steps he believed we should take. He patiently listened to and appeared to value my thoughts, opinions and concerns. He also has a very knowledgeable office staff, especially "Tara" dental hygienist . She made my son feel comfortable and educated me on everything she was doing and why. She also answered all my questions.

I have been with you guys for a loooong time now and I would not go anywhere else. I get treated the way a person is supposed to with ya'll. Everyone there is nice and willing to chit chat and dental work we get done is always second to none. I am here for the long haul!

I brought my daughter for a dental cleaning. They recommended sealants and said we would not have to pay anything and we were told they verified with Humana. After services were provided, they sent us bill for the sealants and said Humana did not cover them. I informed them we would not have done this if there was a cost and was assured of this. I even have a recorded call from Humana they mistakenly verified the wrong patient. It's their fault. BEWARE! Their mistake will cost YOU!!!!!!!

This was my 1st visit to Dr. Grand. They explained everything in detail before each step of the way. Everyone hates the dentist yet here this was the best experience I have had in 49 years!
