Dentist was Unprofessional!
My disabled friend with military service related brain injury had his first visit today. The office staff was kind and took his history. Then, it was discovered a form was missing and he started to say 'call them for the form, I thought they sent it', very frustrated that it was not there, and the dentist shouted at him not to talk to his staff like that. The dentist over-reacted and told him to leave! My good friend is still shaking from it hours later and his diabetes numbers are up from the stress. He is a disabled Vet, Not a criminal. Shame on you.
