Dr. Wendy Song, DDS

Patient was given estimate of $29.00 at time of treatment. Procedure took 15 minuets with no anesthesia. Insurance denied claim. Patient (My 23-year-old daughter) had to pay $281.00 out of pocket. Dentist never replied to request to discuss bill. I finally had to call office manager but no luck with a reasonable, fair compromise, on the bill verses the actual time it took to burr off a tiny bone fragment. They kept digging in on the fact they are not responsible for insurance denial of claim(rhetorical), never acknowledging their ability to lower bill considering insurance denial, actual time of procedure, admitted 'rareness' of procedure, what patient was initially quoted vs. what they actually wound up having to pay out of pocket ...... I could go on and on........

Dr. Song is an excellent dentist. She has solved my numerous dental issues seamlessly. My teeth are in much better condition moving forward thanks to Dr. Song. I have not once felt uncomfortable at the dentist under her care. Further, she is very personable and kind, which makes going to the dentist a much more enjoyable experience. Highly recommend.

If you want a dentist who is honest and with a great deal of integrity, then Dr. Song is your choice. I went to another dentist who informed me after I cracked a tooth that in addition to tooth repair that I also needed a root canal ASAP. I then saw Dr. Song who repaired the tooth with no root canal needed and no problems since then (more than 6 months ago). Dr. Song explains things very well and takes the time to answer all of your questions. She is an outstanding dentist whom I have and will continue to recommend to family and friends!

After months of research and contemplation, I finally decided to take the leap and get dental implants for my missing teeth. It was a decision filled with anxiety and uncertainty, but I'm beyond thrilled to say it turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made, thanks to Dr. Song. She was thorough in explaining the procedure, what to expect during the process, and answering every question I had with patience. I am writing this review for Dr Wendy Song. I developed an excruciating nerve pain in one of my molar and center city dental was able to get me in as the first emergency appointment. Dr Song was able to relieve me from the pain almost immediately the moment she started operating on the tooth under root canal procedure. Everything was transparent and well informed regarding the rest of the procedure with timely reminders via sms for next appointments. Will recommend Dr Song for any new patients or for emergency treatments

Dr. Song and her assistant Sadia did a fantastic job on my three temporary crowns and my three permanent crowns. They are very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. I was very much at ease while in the dental chair on both occasions. The procedures went extremely well! I had no pain at all even after the numbness wore off. I am very happy to have Dr. Song as my dentist! I love the Office of Coleman & Turner Dental now known as Center City Dental.

I have no complaints about her care, i believe that she is a qualified dentist. However, she stated point blank that she was in network for Metlife in 2021/2022. She absolutely was not. When I brought this to her attention that I had been reimbursed as if she was out of network, she suggested it was a clerical error. It wasn't. She disappeared from the practice without explanation. I wouldn't trust this doctor to clean my car, let alone my mouth.

Dr. Song was fantastic. Went with tooth pain and left feeling great. She really made the whole experience a good one for me.

Dr. Song is a friendly and thorough dentist. It was clear that she prioritized both my comfort during the appointment and the long-term health of my teeth. She walked me through what she was doing and her decision-making, so I stayed informed, and her ability to explain everything in an understandable yet thorough way spoke to her expertise. She was also able to spot a couple problems that didn't show up on x-rays, potentially saving me from a root canal and crowns. Highly, highly recommend her.

Wendy is the best - She has been my dentist for 2-3 years. She has a great ability to explain complex procedures that easily digestible.

I saw Dr. Song to replace a filling on my front tooth that had fallen out. She did such a great job that the tooth looks way better than it did originally. Dr. Song is the best!

i can't speak highly enough about Dr. Song. She replaced a crown for me. Totally painlessly. And she fashioned a temporary crown on the spot to tide me over thill the permanent replacement comes back from the lab. The temporary crown fits perfectly. A great experience. I recommend Dr. Song enthusiastically

I got unlucky when dealt the tooth genes. In 50 years, spent more time in the dentist chair than most. Always stressful for me to meet the new dentist as more often than not, its a bad experience. Dr. Song is a gem. Confident and able. She listened intently to all my concerns. One of, if not the first dentist i've not had to "convince" that for whatever reason, I need a bit more Lidocaine before I'm numb, for instance. She took out a wisdom tooth in under 2 minutes. All with barely any discomfort. I was devastated to recently find out she is relocating from Boston. She is a competent professional and a sweetheart.

Dr. Song was very patient during each of my appointments at her practice. Her and her dental assistant Nestrete were very accommodating, and there were many, throughout my appointment and explained each step along the way to ease any and all of my anxiety. They both went out of their way to make the office a comfortable space and I was super pleased with my entire experience!

Dr. Song and the entire staff at Boston Dental Design are consummate professionals. They are courteous, pleasant and patient. Dr. Song is a self-professed perfectionist and as a result, always works hard at doing the best work possible for you. Dr. Song was super friendly, very fast & efficient. Her & her team managed to provide me with a much needed cleaning and offered to have my two cavities treated the same day saving me a trip back to the office. She explained the procedure thoroughly and showed me visuals pre procedure, during procedure and post procedure. Felt no pain at all, and she double checked how numb I felt prior to proceeding with the treatment. Nothing seemed rushed & I appreciated the constant reassurance.
