Dr. Wendy Magda, DMD

I had this dentist for one isolated appointment, and it was one of the worst healthcare experiences I've ever had. She told me I had multiple cavities (I've never had a cavity in my life!) and when I asked if it was unusual for so many cavities to suddenly emerge in adulthood, she snapped at me and said, 'Well, now you've got holes in your teeth. What do you want? Any other questions?' I tried to ask several clarifying questions and she interrupted me each time to tell me that she either couldn't hear me and to 'speak up!' or that my question made no sense and she had no idea what I was saying. I explicitly asked if we could go over the X-rays together and she gestured toward the screen and said, 'they're up there, look all you want! Any other questions?' None of my questions were answered and I have no trust in her diagnosis, no idea about how to move forward.

Last time I was in I got an xray on one of my old crowns. It was hurting bad and after the xray it was determined the tooth had to come out. I said ok. Dr. Magda said she couldn't do it to a broken wrist. She referred me to another dentist. She spent maybe a total of 10 with me. I didn't mind paying the $38 for the xray however I was also charged $101.00 for a quote limited oral exam? She hates dental insurance and I understand. Maybe the ADA needs to get behind then and go after the insurance companies.I done going here as the bill was an insult.

I have had several appointments at Dr Magda’s and am very happy with their service. They were very understanding when I had to cancel once with very little notice. Their staff is very nice and professional. They even once fixed a small cavity the same day as my checkup so that I didnt have to come back days later. Can't imagine finding a better teem.

Dr Magda office was great for the first few years. Now, her partners turn over almost every year and on our last visit - only the hygenist was there! The office was dark and no dentist on staff!!! Our appt was made over 6 mos in advance and Dr Magda never came in that day! I'm not paying just for a hygenist - I want to be seen by the Dentist as well! Never going back. Practice is going down hill.

This office is by far the worst. Not only do they overcharge you and won’t refund your overpayment back until your insurance claim is finalized, they advise what work is needed only to find out by getting a second opinion that it isn’t needed.Another disturbing fact is their office claims they are so on top of the HIPPA Law however the office staff has no problem speaking your information out loud when your sitting amongst other patients waiting in the small reception area. Even when your in the dental chair, there is no privacy as the other patients being worked on can hear all the conversations that are taken place. I heard one persons social security being rattled off when I was waiting in the reception area...what is the purpose of filing out privacy act forms?The staff too is very rude and treats patients like garbage. All they want is signature after signature and take your money. If I could give this office a zero for rating I would as they really are not professional.

Dr Magda is an EXCELLENT dentist! She takes great care with her patients! She’s very gentle and does beautiful dentistry... like an artist! She took over the practice because my previous Dentist retired and I was so thrilled to meet Dr Magda and her staff and will recommend her to anyone who inquires!! Absolutely 5 plus stars!!! Thank you!

My family had been going to Dr. Magda for a couple of years and it was a nice practice in the beginning.. I had several occasions where the lack of professionalism really turned me off to this practice..One of them being my young daughter was expected to go back and have cavities filled without me being present.. Then they had a hygienist who was extremely rough.. the last straw was when I had an extensive conversation with Diana and then she called to repeat the same info.. Time to move on!!

During over 2 years of our family receiving dental care with Dr. Magda, nothing but positive experiences. Her admins take time to explain what everything will cost and what my insurance will pay. Nice office setting - modern, clean and pleasant; great hygienists who take their time and REALLY clean your teeth. Dr. Magda and her partners are easy to talk to and explain everything clearly. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Magda and her staff were wonderful. They took their time to explain everything to me and then I even found out what my insurance would and would not cover. I would highly recommend this office!

Just had a six-month cleaning, and everything was excellent, from the cleaning itself, to the staff and office experience.
