Elaine the office manager is rude. I had a 9 am checkup/cleaning. I called at 8am to apologize that I needed to take my sick 11 year old to the pediatrician and needed to cancel. She responded that I had a 'long' appointment, and asked if I would reconsider. Not sure how a routine 6 month cleaning is considered a 'long' appointment. She never even asked my name, and she never said 'I'm sorry your son is sick'. I told her that not taking my son to the pediatrician was not option. I then explained that I don't wish to come to their practice anymore and to remove me from their marketing lists. I replied STOP on the SMS messages. An hour later Elaine called to explain that all appointments are 45 minutes and that there was no time to get anyone from the waitlist. She sort of apologized, I think. I do feel bad that I had to cancel. I actually don't mind paying cancellation fee, but I am not going back to a practice with such a rude administrator. Life is too short, plenty of dentists in

Can't recommend to anyone! The doctor will be your best friend until he withdraws your money from insurance or otherwise, and then he will say that the conversation is over and he cannot help in any way, but the fact that his work is bad and of poor quality it is your own fault, you will leave in bewilderment.

He did not introduce himself to me. and he did not explain any procedure. i am dental assistant . he did not have the time to check how many cavities i have. the dental hygienist was ok. fshe said i have two cavities and he said i just have one because was visible and it was in the front , but he did not check. so bad . he go to the room for 3 minutes and left .
