This was my first time getting a crown and I didn't know what to expect. She was concentrating on her work & forgot about me the patient. She was very rude when she ordered me to open my mouth wider, although I had already opened as wide as I could. She was also very rough with me & I didn't like the fact when I returned for the 2nd visit she assumed I was on a payment plan when I paid my entire bill the first visit. Her staff never gave me the option to make payments.
