Dr. Veronica Hamilton, DDS

Our son had extensive work done at Dr. Hamilton's office, and she was very patient and kind with him. Fortunately, he is not fearful so that was not an issue, but she is still very well suited working with children. Extensive dental work means a great deal of money spent, but we managed and paid thousands - in full. That said, we apparently, had an outstanding balance from a routine 6-month check-up. I say apparently because I did not receive an email, text, or call regarding this balance. I did receive a bill, which I paid in full (less than $100). Upon taking my son for his next 6-month check-up, my husband was advised that due to exceeding 90 days past due, we were referred to collections and dropped from the practice. They also claimed to have not received payment despite having a receipt. The staff appeared to try and cover tracks by trying to find documents to print for my husband at his request. I never received a letter from the practice or collections. It was their oversight.

My son was a long-time patient there. They usually called to schedule our routine appointments. Then covid hit. We didn't hear from them. I assumed they were closed like many business, and then only open for "priority" work, not the routine stuff. When it was finally starting to all be done (kind of), I decided to call to make an appointment. They said we had to find another dentists because we hadn't been there in 2 years (by 4 or so months). That hit me as weird, especially considering all that went on in the medical offices, etc. At any rate, it would have been easy to make an exception due to the circumstances, but they didn't want to. They gave us some suggestions of some other places to try. SMH

The receptionist that did my scheduling was nice on phone helpful got my child in right away super helpful. The lady took x-rays was amazing. The Dentist was nice, very informative. The lady checking us out I didn't care for her demeanor was not the greatest. Maybe she was having an off day. When u work with people and children its my experience your business is more successful with happier friendly smiling faces.

Great experience

Very efficient!! They have your kiddo in and out quickly. Heavy use of crowns for cavities on molars, which I am not used too. Overall happy with whole clinic.

The staff were not nice. As a pediatric office you would expect them to know how to handle children but they were not patient nor friendly with my 2 yr old which made the experience pretty traumatic for him and myself.

Dr. Hamilton is great. Staff friendly. They all do an impressive job with my son.
