Dr. Valerie Venterina, DDS

If I could give zero stars I would. This is unrelated to a doctor's service but specifically to her office which I found rude and unprofessional. So I booked an appointment for my mom to see Dr. Valerie Venterina for a consultation and everything was fine and I was reassured that she will be seen by a doctor even though my mom doesn't speak English, just basics. Once she got there, her name was crossed they told her that she will not be seen by a doctor because my mom doesn't speak English. The receptionist was rude and arrogant and unprofessional. My mom took a day off specifically because of this appointment. I have never heard that someone will be denied access to a doctor and appointment will be canceled because of your lack of language skills. So, this is the ethics of this office. Think if you want something like that to experience.

very bad beside that is impossible to make an appointment, she refused to take me with emergency pain. I will write to office of professional discipline.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went in to get a cap checked and Dr. Venterina tried using scare tactics to extort over $1800 out of me in cash for a “special laser procedure” needed to “save my gums from gum disease. While in the chair, she asked me for $500 upfront. I refused and politely left. I got a second opinion. Guess what? No gum disease, just needed to floss better! Please. Be. Vigilant.

Terrible experience at this office. Went for a simple bonding repair , which normally takes about 5 minutes. Was forced to take X-rays, even though I told staff I recently had X-rays . Was taken in a room examined and sent back out to front desk to pay and tried to convince me to consider veneers , then asked to pay up front $425.00 ,only to sit in the waiting room for another 2 hours ( 3 hours) total and only got out in three hours because I asked for my money back. Very unprofessional

I am very pleased with the fast receptionists service, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The office is beautiful with very comfortable seating. The rest room is immaculate, the entife office is renevated beautifully, and the wait time is short. I always am very comfortable while recieving any type of work. I rate this Dentist a 10 out of ten, and that is why i always return for years of dental work.

Had gum surgery with associate dr Stevens. He explained everything he would do. He was gentle and there was no pain during or after treatment. Have had several gum procedures with other dentists over the years and this was the first time I had no pain. Also they called the next day to see how I was feeling
