Dr. Uma Patel, DDS

Am so disappointed with this group - my whole experience has been misleading. I went there recently to do my annual cleaning and refused to do x ray as i was in a rush that day. I made a follow up appointment to deal with cavity. And the receptionist recommended then to do Xray the same day they will take care of cavity. And then when i went there, the receptionist mentioned that she is not sure if insurance will cover X ray as I'm doing it at the same time of filling cavity. I wish they had clear lines of communication as this has not been the first time it happened. This was a lesson for me to NOT to go to this group for dental help. BEWARE everyone. I usually don't leave bad reviews but the attitude of the staff has been a big issue for me.

I needed 2 implants on my lower molar teeth, after researching, I chose Star Dental in Fremont, and it was very pleasant experience, Dr. Patel explained all aspects of the procedure. She did all very professionally, with no feeling pain. I then had a short visit for removing the stitches, 3-4 month after the implant procedure, 3 weeks later I had my wonderful crowns butted to the implants, and I am enjoying them very much, it feels like the real teeth. I highly recommend Dr. Uma Patel

Dr. Uma Patel and her staff are the BEST. I'm so thankful I found her office! I was born with a missing tooth, and it has taken me a while to find a doctor I trust. Every visit at Star Dental, implant has been a pleasant one. The whole staff makes me feel welcomed and the environment is professional/friendly. Dr. Patel is awesome, very professional and knowledgable. I received my implant about a month ago and the surgery went flawlessly with only minimal pain the first week. I highly recommend

I visited her for general consulation couple months ago. She was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly. Based on the consultation, I decided to do couple implants. Surprisingly, the procedure was painless (during and after). Dr. Patel and her staff are very easy to work with. I was also impressed with the staff to cover for each other during busy times. Cross training is at its best. I would recommend Dr. Patel as a one stop shop. There is no need to go other specialists.

I gotta say that Dr. Patel is the best dentist in Fremont, by far. She's extremely gentle, kind, affordable and overall just a great dentist. I had her place three dental implants for me, it worked out great and literately no pain at all. The Dental assistants as well as the front desk are very knowledgeable and always happy to help.
