Provider no longer takes medicaid. Cleaning are poorly done. Location is convenient. Recently had to wait weeks to have a cracked tooth pulled. Look for new dentist

Since Dr. Richey has moved to the new office it's hard to get in. A couple of times we've had them call wanting to reschedule appointments because they have over-booked. Our most recent cleanings have been rescheduled twice (so far). If you need to have any work done it can take 3 months to get in - it used to be 2-3 weeks. I took my child in because of a toothache (they had someone cancel so they were able to get us in within a few days to check it out) but then my kid had to suffer for three months because that was the soonest they could schedule the work. Dr. Richey is a great dentist - if you can get in to see him.

I ALWAYS have a wonderful experience at Dr. Richey's office. He is so caring of his patients and his staff. His work is excellent and he has incredible chairside care.

Dr. Richey and his staff are EXCELLENT! I look forward to every visit. He is so gentle with treatment and is a perfectionist. The office staff is friendly and informative! Thanks for being so great at what you all do! =)

I bring my daughter here and I am very happy with the service provided every time. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Richey is kind and my daughter (who is typically afraid of the dentist) actually loves her routine checkups.
