Went to Roberts not knowing he was going to schedule me enough times to use up the entire $4,000 insurance would pay to replace lowers and copy uppers. We had one appointment just to make the second appointment, supposedly to check our insurance. Next appointment took a cast of the lowers. Third appointment cast of uppers and left uppers for tooth measurements. Fourth appointment pick up uppers. Fifth appointment wax try in. Sixth appointment maybe get dentures if they fit, if not, schedule an seventh appointment. I've never seen anyone take 4 to 5 months to get a set of dentures. I called around to others after making this mistake and all said maximum of 4 visits but usually 3 and I could have had my dentures 15 weeks ago. Long story short, don't use this joker. All they care about is bleeding insurance companies for every penny they will pay and heaven forbid you might want to eat something other than soup for 4 or 5 months at least. They have lied every time we talked to them
