Dr. Travis Caissie, DDS

I just called Dr. Cassie Travis office in Lake Mary to schedule an appointment and ask simple questions about the treatment and estimates. I was treated with Arrogance and Careless, which made me move on to another Endodontist. Although I cannot speak for Dr. Cassie's own professionalism, his staff is extremely rude and arrogant. Bad customer experience!

Dr. Caissie and his staff are caring, professional, and highly competent. I had a vacation coming up and needed a root canal quickly. They fit me in right away to my relief! A very modern practice, their imaging equipment seemed top of the line which aids in effective treatment. Dr. Caissie and his assistant did a great job of allaying my fears given my complex medical history. Every step of this process, from meeting the receptionist to completion of the root canal, was top notch. A little expensive? Maybe, but well worth it! I would not hesitate to recommend this endodontist.

Dr. Caissie is a wonderful endodontist. He is very kind and gentle. His office is very organized and I appreciated their attention to details. I have referred Dr. Caissie to my friends and family members and every one has had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Caissie.

My wife called the office and spoke to the doctor's wife inquiring about fees for a visit with a 3D CT Dr NB talk scan which was quoted as $670. When inquiring how much would it cost if the scan was done elsewhere the dr's wife said the fee is still the same. She then said we don't like patients dictating our protocol as we don't need new patients. The tone was snotty and arrogant. I called another highly qualified dentist who quoted me $150. Guess who my wife is going to see?

I have the utmos regard for Dr. Cassie. Having been referred by another excellent dentist in the area, I had a very involved root canal. He and his staff were professional, successful and painless. I had total confidence in him. Being a “snow bird” this means a lot in knowing there is a competent endodontist we can count on

I had a persistent toothache under a crown and my dentist referred me to Dr. Caissie, who not only saw me that day but did the root canal I needed after I told him I was leaving town next week to go hiking. He was great. His staff was great. I've never had a root canal before but the fact that Dr. Caissie was attentive, empathetic and responsive was a huge relief. He listened carefully, asked questions, and answered my questions clearly. Seriously, this was a really good dentist.

My experience in the office was ok. The problem started when I had to go to a specialist, and needed to show the disc with my images. When the next dr. Opened it, it was someone else's images(Hippa violation) when I told The office I needed my images and I needed them asap I was yelled at and told that if I wanted to yell I should take it up with the dr. I think they need to reevaluate their front office.

Dr. Caissie saw me for a same-day, after hours emergency visit. Even though I had to wait for him to finish with another emergency call first, he was very thorough in examining my problem and spent ample time discussing all my options. I greatly appreciate his bedside manner and seeing me after hours on the same day. I am very confident in his diagnosis, and he gave more detailed explanations than my regular dentist. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you, Dr. Cassie.

Friendly staff and Dr. My root canal was painless and Dr. Caissie assured me it would be! He is an excellent endodontist and I highly recommend him if you need a root canal!

Just outstanding. The very best. After Going to a large commercial operation who took my money an did two root canals to the wrong tooth. It was great to go to a dentist who did a through exam and fixed the right tooth. Thank you Dr. Caissie. And your staff.

Excellent Endo experience - for myself and family members. Dr. Caissie is THE BEST! I cannot understand how ANYONE would rate Dr. C and/or his staff as anything less than 5 stars. I have been a patient for over 10 years. Naturally, you don't have regular appointments for root canals. He is very proficient and utilizes state-of-the-art microscopic assisted surgical techniques.
