Dr. Tracie Williams-Begette, DDS

I was trying to schedule an appointment and the lady I spoke to was very rude ignored a question I had about if I need to come in early. Then rushed me off the phone because I couldn't find my husband's ssn right then and there. Even though I waited a long time for her to find a time. Then hung up on me. I won't be coming here the doctor might be good at what she's does but customer service is poor.

As of 2021, I have yet to make an appointment since the Covid-19 pandemic. However, my family's last appointment (as always) was very professional and intentional in every manner. Both, the dental hygenist who cleaned my son's teeth and Dr. Williams-Legette did an excellent job during my son's appointment. She always has a warm and friendly smile, never treats me or my son like an interruption of her day, speaks to both my son and me with respect, and explains any questions that I (or my son...now 13 yrs. old) may have. The beautiful thing is, she doesn't make me feel bad for asking a medical question, that some dentist think you ought to know.
