Dr. Upell and the staff are very caring and easy to communicate with. Fast appointment scheduling, very clean facility. Dr. Upell and the staff even went outside to where my son was waiting in his car for me. To make sure I got into the car safely and confirm the next appointment time.

Everyone working in this office is awesome.

My hygienist cleans and polishes my teeth thoroughly and quickly. She is always conscious of my comfort. Dr. Tracy is always personable and asks about my family, they have grown up with her as their dentist. I would consider her as the best dentist our family has ever had.

Dr Upell is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever hand. She’s gentle, explains everything thoroughly, very efficient and is a kind person. Do yourself and your teeth a favor and see Dr Upell!

This was my normal 6-month cleaning/xray/exam with Dr. Uppel and her staff. I have been seeing Dr. Uppel since she opened her practice in Ypsilanti. I have always received the best in dental care, been treated very courteously and professionally by her and the entire staff. Nothing but great things to say about Lakes Dental !!

Dr. Tracey is nothing short of amazing. She takes her time and explains exactly what is happening, she ensures you are not in pain or discomfort. She coordinates with the rest of her team to make sure you are tended to in a timely fashion. I can't thank her enough for everything she has done for me.

Went for pedantic visit to fill a cavity which they knew when I made appointment. Specifically asked if they could work on her with being 5 years old. I was assured that it wouldn’t be an issue. However when we arrived they were only able to take xrays and said they didn’t have instruments for someone her age to fill a cavity. I’m sorry what? Didn’t I explain that another Dentist told us to see someone who could offer pediatric care and you stated yes your offer could fulfill our needs. They didn’t do a cleaning or anything to my daughter and referred us to a pediatric dentist. Total wasted trip and cost of office visit. Disappointed in their care and overall service.

Best dentist I have had in my 68 years on the planet. Dr. Tracy is a painless dentist and shows much experience with a very professional attitude. To sum things up I travel 52 miles to see her because I will not see anyone else.

I have never encountered a dentist quite like Dr. Tracy. She is very gentle and compassionate. I have high anxiety when it comes to dentist visits and her office environment as well as the employees seem to put that at ease a bit. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends!!

My crown came off a back molar - while on vacation. When I got home the following week, I was able to get in to see Dr. Tracey within a couple days and get things started to repair/replace the crown. Angel and Dr. Tracey took good care of me and were very accommodating. Highly recommend this dentist and her team!
