Very Professional Very Thorough Very Skilled I’m not easily Impressed but Ms Butler Ross did that hands down .I was nervous going in she was reassuring didn’t feel much in the numbing process and she extracted 4 teeth and I thought she was on the second one she was fitting the new ones Really happy with everything that has transpired to now WILL DEFINITELY REFER ANYONE

She was great! It was my first time seeing her i called because i had a infected wisdom tooth she got me in the same day for a evaluation gave me medicine to get the infection out and scheduled me to get the tooth extracted and when the time came it was quick and easy and i felt no pain! I’ll definitely be going back to her to take care of my teeth!

So, I’ve been suspicious for awhile now of Dr Ross and her treatments. I haven’t ever had many problems with my teeth in the past and recently I started having issues. I went to see her as a new patient. She was rude and cold, seemed unhappy to be there. I was having some pain on the right side of my face. She recommended an extraction for one of my molars so I agreed. A couple weeks later, I’m still having pain on the right side of my face and go back, she tells me the next tooth beside the one I had pulled needed a root canal or extraction. I can’t afford a root canal so I had another tooth pulled. Few weeks later AGAIN, with the same pain, same story, she said the next tooth had to go as well. Not wanting to have another tooth pulled I decided to wait. I got the money together to see a dentist to do a root canal and guess what?? My tooth is healthy, nothing wrong with any of them. I suspect the other two were fine as well. He suspects sinus issues and to see an ENT. BEWARE!!!!!!

Dr. Ross seems to be an impatient person to say the least. I would not let such a person work on my or a loved one's teeth. There are plenty of dentists out there. If you are considering this one, I suggest you keep looking!

I've now had about 8 teeth extracted by Dr. Ross. She's fast, I've experienced no pain. She's substantially cheaper than any other dentist I've found, also I pay cash and she accepts my appointments.

Ms. Ross. You are NOT professional. You have canceled appointments on me twice the MORNING of!!!! You have a big sign on your desk.. stating that if patients do the same thing. Were charged!!!! This is unacceptable!!!I am either bei g canceled on... or every time I call you are out of the office or ON vacation!!!! You are a sweet woman. However you do NOT respect your patients time!!

I met Dr. Ross for the first time yesterday. I called the day before searching for an emergency dentist to help with tooth pain but one who also took my KY Humana Caresource insurance. I was asked at the time of scheduling if I had a KY ID for security purposes- I do. I was blown away by the quality of care I received from Dr. Ross and her staff. She extracted my tooth in no time and was sooooo gentle and compassionate even with my crazy anxiety. Less than 24 hours and my mouth feels GREAT!

Took off work early, drove 40 minutes to my appointment. Made it there on time in rush hour traffic to be turned away because my Id was not a KY id but my insurance was ky. Offered me no option for proof of address. Just shrugged and turned me away. Needless to say I was livid, mostly at the ridiculousness of the reason they were refusingto see me, but also because they made of attempt to rectify the situation by offering options.

Waited a week to be seen. When we arrive told had to remove earring for x-rays. Earring was stuck on, asked for wire snips or anything to cut it only to be told they didn't have any. A dentist without wire snips, or needle nose pliers, really? Guess they have magical braces that size themselves? 10 minutes back to the house, cut off the earring, came back and they had left for a long lunch. Thanks for the poorest customer service we've ever experienced. Guess we weren't the right color.
