Dr. Tori-Thuy Conrad, DDS

The way they treated my four year old is deplorable. We took him two weeks for tooth pain in which he was crying profusely. He has an abscess they said we needed to go to an OR. Before we could talk dates I needed to give them a 300 dollar DEPOSIT to discuss. An abscess can turn emergency and life threatening. They took our money then said April 10th. This was two weeks ago. COVID happened and they sent an email saying we are canceling all appointments until 4/14. Tori still did not put my son on an antibiotic. It was US that told them we could appeal to the hospital. Tori wouldn’t file the appeal because she didn’t like my review on Facebook. We took him to another dentist today. His abscesses are serious and have spread to TWO and he is getting surgery immediately. This is the second time Tori has ignored an abscess in my children. My other son who has a disorder it landed him at Mayo. Dr. Conrad cares more about fb likes and money then patients

Cannot say enough good things about our experience here. Highly highly recommend! The facility and staff are so welcoming and hospitable. And Dr. Conrad took so much time explaining the pros and cons of releasing ties on our infant son as well as showing us exercises we can do with him to strengthen the muscles in his mouth. We love our current dentist, but will be switching to Tweet just because of how above and beyond she went!!

Beyond impressed with Dr. Tori and her staff. They took amazing care of us and my very nervous 7 year old on her first (2) cavities. I would highly recommend them!

Dr. Conrad is excellent. She is knowledgeable and approachable. Her staff is friendly and does a great job with kids. We would never go anywhere else.

I love tweets and would recommend it to anyone. They take the time to make your children feel comfortable, especially if they are scared. Entire staff is kind, courteous and gentle with my children. They look forward to going to the dentist!

The Tweet staff did a fantastic job helping my toddler feel comfortable during her first trip to the dentist. Dr Conrad took time to thoughtfully answer my questions and explain in detail about how children’s mouths develop to allay any concerns I had. This is a stellar team and I would highly recommend them!

Amazing clinic and Dr. Conrad is the best. My 3 year old sat through the entire cleaning and fluoride treatment and loves going to the dentist. So glad that Dr. Conrad is helping him to create healthy dental hygiene habits that will last a lifetime.

We were referred to Dr Conrad from our 3 year old daughter's speech therapist. What a great referral! Dr Conrad (my daughter calls her Tori when we talk about the dentist) is so patient, kind, and genuine. What a breath of fresh air! The receptionists and hygienists are so sweet and caring as well. I'd recommend this office to anyone!!!! ??

Dr. Conrad and Katie were excellent! I went in for my infant daughter's first dental visit and it was amazing! They were calm, playful and very informative!

It was our first time and Dr. Conrad made my child feel at home and comfortable. She needed a lot of work done and Dr. Conrad did as much as she could do in one sitting. I would recommend Dr. Conrad to All my friends with children.

Amazing, quick care. My son had a tooth extracted and it was done painlessly before he knew it even started. He called it MAGIC!!! :)

Great place to take your child. My son loves to go see Dr. Conrad. They make it a comfortable and easy experience. You won't be disappointed.

This appointment was an emergency and they were very accommodating and got us in although they were booked solid! My son has never sat in the dentist chair, this time was different, he sat in the chair, Dr. Conrad sang to him to make him comfy and she was able to work on his teeth for the first time ever! So awesome! Her staff is super nice as well!

Her office was perfect for a child. The lobby was set up with toys and games to entertain the little ones during the short wait. The office staff was friendly and age appropriate when talking to the children about what they were doing. Dr. Conrad was wonderful with my 4 year old. We will be going back to Dr Conrad as long as we live in this are.
