AMAZING Doctor!
Dr. Bickling provided me with the BEST dental care I have ever experienced He was professional, caring and really listened to all of my needs. For someone who has always been scared of the dentist, Dr. Bickling really put me at ease. He explained all the treatment I needed and we came up with a game plan that wasn't overwhelming! Now I'm actually looking forward to my appointments! :) I highly recommend him! Truly one of the best!

Poor front desk customer service!
This used to be a FANTASTIC dental practice but overr the past year it has gone downhill drastically. They have hired front desk staff that are unfriendly and difficult. They will cancel your appointment with little notice (my boyfriend, who I referred there, is still waiting to be rescheduled…) and if you are even a few minutes late they will refuse to see you! I will be finding a new dentist after being a loyal customer since 2009! VERY DISAPPOINTING.
