WORST DENTIST EVER. BEWARE. I went in to see Dr. Troung for tooth discomfort/pain with a possible abscess/infection. The office staff were catty - overheard them talking about how it was "going to be one of THOSE kinds of days" because I made a same-day appointment first thing that morning when they opened. This dentist caused more unnecessary pain, suffering and anxiety than I've ever experienced with a dentist before. And then afterward, she did not treat me for why I came in and then would not Rx medication to help with the infection and pain that SHE caused. She referred me to an oral surgeon after she performed an unnecessary procedure of cleaning my teeth, which i did not request and actually aggravated my tooth pain. She did not explain to me what she was doing. I did not receive a quote. I did not receive a bill. I have no idea how much this procedure costs.
