Paid my bill and years later she put it on my credit report that it wasn’t paid. 113$ AND it WAS paid!!!

The personal attention I received today from Dr. Ho exceeds anything one should expect from a health provider.
I had an overwhelming tooth infection and Dr Ho dropped everything from her personal life to attend my needs.

I can't say enough about Dr. Ho. She is kind, compassionate and truly cares about patient comfort. She was easily available to me on her day off when I had an emergency and took ample time to treat me and talk with me. Her staff is wonderful too and it is apparent she trains them to provide excellent patient care just as she does.

Dr. Ho is an fairly good dentist. I am leaving this office as it is not in network with the major dental carriers Delta, BCBS etc. it is in network with one network. The charges are excessive and I got tired of paying huge amounts for services which are covered by in network dentists. I have also found her receptionist difficult to deal with.
