The existing 5 star review should be removed. I do not recommend this dentist. I was a happy patient for 8 years, until I had a billing/insurance question was made into a big blow-up by the office... Delta Dental tells me that it was not billed properly, over maximum contract amount - but I was still berated as "Not wanting to pay my bill" by the office over the phone on a recorded line. I get the vibe that they do not like Delta Dental, based on what the dentist said to me himself, which was recorded too, thank goodness, because the conversation started to go south when I didn't expect it to. I ultimately chose a different dentist, because Dr. Walker didn't care, and office staff was way too hostile to me when I asked questions. My issue is with the business as a whole, because Dr. Walker chose to disregard my concerns, as an 8-year patient that sent him business... I won't make the same mistake again, and they'll never see or hear from me again.
