Dr. Valo’s practice was sold to a chain dentistry.

chipped my tooth on Sunday. Monday m+ orning i called his office and got an appt at 3:30p. called his office when i got in the parking lot and his receptionist, Cheryl, came out and took my temp and had me fill out a questionaire. i gave her my money for the PPE charge and then went inside and waited for my appt. Dr Valo called me to come back and he assessed my front tooth and told me how he hoped to repair it. safety precautions were taken and he proceeded to repair my tooth. luckily what he planned worked and in less than 24 hrs my tooth went from being chipped to being like new. i can't thank Dr Valo and his staff enough for getting me in and getting my problem taken care, all within less than 24h. whenever i have had a problem he has always tried to get it taken care of in a timely manner. thank you for making my day and for all the safety precautions you took for my visit during this Covid 19 pandemic.

Always a friendly greeting as soon as you walk into the place. This sets the tone for the rest of my experience. While going to the dentist isn’t a favorite thing that most people like to do, Dr Valo and his staff go over and above to make you feel at ease. Dr Valo will always explain any pricey procedures you may want and be honest about whether you will benefit from these procedures. Give them a call.....I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

Dr. Valo and his office staff are very friendly, caring people who always make me feel like I’m visiting a friend! They remember my name and what my husband and I do, as well as details about our children’s lives. My hygienist always asks about how our children are doing. One of our daughters even drives down from Michigan about an hour to keep coming to Dr. Valo! He does a good job taking care of all our family’s dental needs.
