I spent well over 15,000.00 dollars at this office . Now that their is a tooth in question on whether they fixed it correctly or at all . They won't even rerun a phone call. They are nice while you a spending money until you question them . Then they won't speak to you .i was warned that they were a crooked office due to billing and charges but ignored it . Please don't get in the mess I am in with them . Would never recommend then

My 90 y/o father was charged $633.00 for a general cleaning and x rays. I am an employee of a general dentist several miles away, and I was stunned by theses charges. He has 5 teeth (that averages more than 126.00 per tooth). The total bill in our West Bloomfield office would have been less than $180.00. We contacted the Michigan Dental Association and filed a complaint against Dr. Francios at Kellogg Dental and were informed by the MDA that she is not a member and we are left with no recourse.
