Dr. Thomas Hatakeyama, DMD

This is a father & son practice - I see the son, Thomas Hatakeyama. He’s very thorough and precise - definitely a perfectionist, which is a good thing. I started seeing him mid-fall for dental work, and there was quite a bit to be done because I didn’t have great dental insurance while I was in school. By now, he’s repaired a few cavities for me, fixed a chipped front tooth to even out the smile line, and put on a crown on one of my back molars. He always does a fantastic job and holds himself and his staff to the highest standards. In the past, I’d had bad dental work done, and a filling placed by another dentist caused further erosion because it was overdone - he found it and fixed it so it wouldn’t cause further damage to my teeth and gums, where other dentists in the past have just skipped over it or hadn’t noticed. I highly recommend Dr. Hatakeyama’s practice - I feel like I’ve found a great family dentist and will keep coming back to this practice in the future.
